Got a call from someone with an Indian accent saying my Virgin router’s IP addresses had been accessed. Then they put me through to a “supervisor” who claimed they were from BT Openreach. I asked if Virgin actually uses BT for their service, and as soon as I questioned them, they just hung up on me.
