Earlier today, I got a call from the number 07897072451, followed shortly by this number ringing me. The person on the line pretended to know me and claimed my blockchain account was frozen because I hadn't used it. When I questioned why they were calling from a mobile rather than a company line, the caller turned nasty, hurling insults like "idiot," "lonely tramp," and "big fat whale" at me. Needless to say, I've blocked this number now.
