Got a call from this number and some bloke acting like a bailiff was all threatening, saying he’d be at our office in half an hour to take payment on a CCJ. Honestly, our company doesn’t owe a thing and since when do bailiffs ring ahead to say they're coming? We hung up straight away and, surprise surprise, no one turned up. I reckon if we hadn't cut the call, he might've tried to get us to pay the so-called debt then and there with a credit card.

I got a call from someone saying they were bailiffs for a County Court Judgement, but that’s not possible here in Scotland. CCJs cannot be enforced directly as they need to be moved over to Scottish courts first. Sounds like a total scam to me.
