I got a call from a woman named Olivia who sounded like she wasn’t from around here, saying she was from BT and there was some trouble with my internet. It was clear to me it was a scam. I asked her how she could live with herself doing stuff like this. Then she muttered to someone else, "He’s asking questions, what should I do?" and some other voice told her to just hang up.
