Don't fall for this, it's definitely a scam. I got an automated message claiming to be from bank security saying someone was trying to make two payments from my account. It told me to press 1 or 2 on the phone pad. I just ended the call straight away and then called my bank to make sure everything was alright. Now I've had another call from 07830641413 with the exact same story. Stay safe!
