Turns out this call was a total scam. I got an automated message saying "Bank security here," but it never mentioned which bank, which was the first red flag for me. They went on about two Amazon payments - one was £7.99, the other £99 - saying I hadn’t used Amazon before, which is nonsense because I shop there all the time. Then the automated voice asked me to press 1 or 2 for options, probably trying to trick me into giving away my info. Honestly, don’t bother, just hang up straight away.
