Answered the call and nothing was said from the other end... so I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now.

Got a call from this number this morning around 8.40. A polite lady on the line but she never said my name. She claimed there had been two big and suspicious transactions on my account from companies I’d never heard of. Then she told me to press 1 to approve or 2 to provide my bank details. I ended the call straight away and contacted my bank. Fortunately, they confirmed everything’s fine and no money’s been taken.
