some bloke with an accent, called himself “alex”, rang me sayin he was from BT. he was going on about my internet being unsafe and that my connection got intercepted or summat. said every time i use the internet someone’s snoopin around. when i asked what connection he was talkin about, he just cut me off. bit weird if you ask me.

Got a call from a woman with an Asian accent saying she was from Virgin Media and wanted my IP number. I told her to buzz off and hung up. Virgin Media never cold calls, so it’s definitely a scam. Watch out!

Just got one of those annoying silent calls again, where they ring and then just hang up. I don’t bother replying much, but I feel compelled to call out the folks pulling this nonsense. Anyone who’s ever received these calls knows these callers are the worst kind of pests, truly scum that deserve the roughest consequences imaginable. Honestly, they’re an utter blot on humanity, and honestly, I’d wish they face the harshest punishments possible - anything but mercy.

Got a call from someone pretending to be Virgin Media, but obviously they weren’t. It’s just one of those dodgy foreign spam calls trying to scam you out of cash. Utter waste of time. Honestly, can we just get rid of these annoying foreigners for good? Proper pests, the lot of them.

Apparently, my IP got compromised or something, and Virgin Media might be to blame. Not too sure what’s going on exactly, but it’s a bit worrying!

Got a call from a guy with an accent, asking for me by name. When I asked what it was about, he claimed to be from the Windows tech support team. I won’t go into what I said next, but I did ask why the fraud squad hadn’t caught them yet. After that, I just said goodbye and ended the call. I’ve blocked the number now. They keep using different mobile numbers to get past call blockers. Best thing is just to hang up straight away and keep blocking them.
