Some bloke called saying he was from BT. I said I’m not a BT customer and ended the call. Then he rang me again right away, telling me to listen. When I asked where he was calling from, he got really annoyed and demanded to talk to “Mr *******” because apparently I didn’t get it. He actually used my dad’s first name! I told him my dad passed away six years ago and he just hung up on me.
