Had a chap from a window company pop round. Initially friendly, but as soon as I mentioned that I wouldn't be making any decisions for a couple of years, he cut me off mid-sentence with a curt "okay, bye!" Being in sales myself, I can’t stress enough how poorly that reflects on their service.
