I've had two calls about the exact same thing this morning. The automated voice kicks in as soon as you say something. It claims there’s been some dodgy transactions on my account and tells you to press options to talk to a “representative.” It makes no sense to me that a proper bank would ring from a mobile number! I honestly believed these scam calls were being cracked down on more, but it seems those annoying scammers are still getting the upper hand.
