Got a call from EE pushing their broadband deal. Thing is, the cables buried underground aren’t theirs - it’s BT's. So when something goes wrong, EE just points the finger at BT. Then you have to ring BT to check the lines, and they turn around and say it’s EE’s fault. Feels like a never-ending tennis match, each side passing the buck to the other. Proper frustrating.
