I picked up and there was this recorded voice telling me that my Binance account's two-factor authentication had been changed. Thing is, I don’t even have a Binance account! So, I just ended the call right away. Pretty clear scam to me. Blocked the number straight away.

Got a voicemail saying it was HMRC but sounded dodgy. Just ended the call straight away.

I've already marked this number as spam before, so it showed up in my call log as spammy, but my phone still gave me the usual notification sound for a missed call. Lucky it didn’t actually ring out loud though. Everyone knows EE is connected to British Telecom these days, so it's not a dangerous call, just one of those irritating adverts trying to get your attention.
