Total scam! They never told me who they were but said there were weird charges on my card - like £199 on Amazon and nearly £900 on Zoom or something. Then they asked me to press 1 to talk to them or 2 to approve it. I just ended the call and blocked the number straight away. Weirdly, I got the same call a few days back but from another number.
