I got a call from someone claiming to be from EE, asking me to verify some details. Silly me, I went along with it. They said they’d send me text messages with confirmation codes, but I soon found out they used those codes to get into my EE account and switch the password. I managed to reset it straight away, but I’m still uneasy about what info they might have grabbed. This definitely seemed like a well organised scam.
