I got a text saying that the living allowance for 2023-24 has now started, according to city hall, and that I've qualified for it. They included a link to a form they want me to fill out, mentioning payment will come in 3 days if I complete it before the 10th of November. The link they gave was https://bit.ly/40WUardfGNUG=n4k42qDXE-. At the end, it said thanks for supporting the UK home office and wished me a lovely winter. Seems a bit dodgy to me.
