I got a call saying I owed £1020.19 to Amazon and if I didn’t pay up I should press 1 to speak to a fraud specialist. It sounded dodgy but I do have an Amazon delivery arriving soon, so maybe they somehow knew that? Anyway, I've blocked the number and reported it to Vodafone as suspicious. My phone showed the message as: “You need to send a payment of £1020 and 19p to Amazon. If you didn’t make this order, press 1 to talk to a fraud expert.” Definitely fishy!
