On the evening of 3rd November, a Sunday around 8pm, I got a text from 07944685125 saying I’d been granted a new heating allowance by the local city hall, asking me to fill out some form at https://rebrand.ly/........... by the 4th Nov. For starters, we don’t call them “city halls” here, that’s American. Also, who on earth from council would be sending texts at that time on a Sunday? And honestly, even a kid would know not to click on a "rebrand.ly" link like that.
