Totally horrible experience, the person on the other end used really rude language and even threatened me. This all started because I recognised the call was a scam right away. I blocked the first number, but they just called from a different one. I've blocked this new one as well now, just bracing myself for them to try a third. It’s shocking that the provider, EE, doesn’t keep a better eye on their numbers being misused. These scam calls could be stopped if they took it seriously. EE really needs to step up and monitor their number usage properly.
