This number has called me about five times now, and all I ever hear is heavy breathing. Earlier today, my little girl answered it and came straight to me yelling that someone was just breathing down the line. When I tried to ask who it was, the call got cut off. My mum thinks it might be a creepy stalker and told me to report it to the police.
