I've received no fewer than five calls from this number, and each time it’s merely someone inhaling on the line. This morning, my little girl answered the call, and she dashed to me in tears, saying there was someone just breathing away. When I tried to get to the bottom of it and asked who they were, they simply cut the line. My mum's worried and has suggested that I inform the police, as she fears it might be some sort of phone stalker situation.
