Got a new phone with a temporary number. Someone called but I missed it, so I tried calling back but it just kept ringing busy. Seems like Carphone Warehouse or O2 must have handed out this number from somewhere else, right????!

Got a missed call from them on 19th July. Then, on the evening of 24th July, they phoned back saying it was regarding some insurance linked to the phone contract I supposedly signed up for in store. I told the guy I never spoke with the shop about anything like that and always contact the provider directly if I need anything. After that, he hung up pretty fast.

Got a call from a young bloke called Matthew who said he was ringing about the insurance I supposedly have on my new phone, mentioning stuff about direct debits and all that. He wanted my name, phone number and postcode at first, but then he went on asking for my bank details. That made me feel a bit iffy, so I just said I didn't have my bank info handy and ended the call.

Got an unexpected call from a lady speaking with a strong accent. As soon as I caught a bit of what she was saying, I cut her off and told her not to ring me anymore.
