Beware of a dodgy call claiming to be from O2. They wanted me to give my email and security password, supposedly to check my identity. Then, they said they’d post me a new 5G Sim card and insisted I stay in all day for the delivery by some courier, which sounded fishy to me. Just don’t even bother talking to them, and hang up straight away. O2 will never ring you asking for personal info or account details over the phone.
