A lady with a thick Indian accent called me, said she was from Virgin Media tech support but the connection was awful. She passed me over to another person because I couldn’t really hear the first call. The new caller asked me to check my internet speed, which I did, and then told me it wasn’t great. Then she wanted me to download some app on my mobile, something like anydesk or remote desktop. That’s where I lost patience and just ended the call.
