Got a call from a bloke with an Asian accent saying he was ringing from my bank. At half past seven on a Friday evening? Sounds dodgy to me, especially since he didn’t even say which bank he was with properly. He was vague and didn’t give a proper name. Feels like a harassment call, maybe even dangerous, and more likely a scam. The phone company really ought to be cracking down on these fraudsters.

I received a call from a gentleman with an Asian accent at half past seven on Friday evening. He claimed to be from my bank but didn’t divulge his name or which bank he was supposedly representing. This raised my suspicions, particularly as he didn’t attempt to call back after I hung up. It's high time that telecom companies took action to curb these dubious calls.
