I got several calls from this number and when I finally picked up, they accused me of phoning them and threatened to call the cops on me for scamming.

Today I received a robocall from a number starting with December, claiming my Amazon Prime has been charged £80. They said I could "stop the subscription" by pressing numbers to chat with someone. Trust me, don’t press anything. Just hang up and ignore it - it’s definitely a scam. Nothing will happen if you just let it go.
