Got a text saying it was from HSBC about a new payee being added on some mobile banking app, with a link to click if I hadn’t made the request. I’m not even a customer of HSBC, so it’s obviously a phishing scam.

As the very first person to comment about this number, I've also received a message claiming I'd hit the jackpot of 2 million Euros in a lottery I certainly never entered! It's obvious this is a scam, folks-stay sharp!

It seems I've been informed that I've bagged a whopping E2,000,000 in some sort of free lottery, despite never having taken part in one! How daft do they think I am to swallow such nonsense?
