Got a call on my landline at half past twelve, the person said they were from Amazon and mentioned some suspicious purchase over £900, giving me some reference number. They told me to press 1 to speak to someone. I just ignored it and waited till they hung up. Definitely a scam, very obvious.

At 2:44 in the afternoon, they rang my landline but didn’t bother with a voicemail.

Picked up the phone and nobody said a word before hanging up. Pretty sure it’s just another scam. This is the fourth call like this I’ve had today, each time from a different number!
