Some bloke called saying he was from BT checking if I was aware my broadband would be down for 4 days starting at 11:30am tomorrow due to some engineering work. The call seemed really dodgy, like he just wanted me to agree to something, which I didn’t. Then he started going on about showing me how to set up some emergency replacement on my phone, asked which model I had. Weirdly, he knew the exact two I own, but when I said one out loud, he just cut the call straight away. Bit suspicious if you ask me.
