On 31/01/25 around 11:19, I kept getting a call that I recognise from earlier times. It was a recorded message from some robotic female voice claiming to be from my bank's security team. She stated there were two charges on my card this morning - one was £300 from Amazon, and the other was £1,100 through some international money transfer site. They said these payments looked fishy and unauthorised since I've never used those services before. Then she instructed me to press 1 if I wanted to stop these transactions or press 2 to speak with their support crew.
