Just got called again by the same scammer pretending my parcel didn’t arrive. Second time in a fortnight now!

Beware of scams! Got a text at 1:30 in the morning saying I missed a delivery from EVRI. The problem is, I’m not expecting any packages from them at all...

Got a text from this number saying it was Evri about a parcel, but it included a dodgy link.

Got a message about a parcel not being delivered, said it was from EVRI. There was a link in it but I didn’t bother clicking on it.

Got a message from this number claiming to be Evri, saying they couldn’t deliver my parcel. But I checked the Evri app and my order hasn’t even left the warehouse yet. So clearly a scam. Just ignored and deleted it. Watch out for stuff like this!

These con artists are seriously living it up. I called them out about targeting old and vulnerable folks, and they got all high and mighty with me. One bloke went on about how while us “working class” are eating some cheap meal if we’re lucky, they’ll soon be lounging by Miami’s coast, sipping cocktails and tucking into fancy lobster dishes in no time. They reckoned they’re cashing in big time during the cost of living crisis, making millions while the rest of us struggle with pay cuts. Absolute disgrace 🤬

I keep getting these calls but I’m not expecting any parcels, so it’s a pain. Had to block the number now since it’s just annoying.
