I got a call claiming to be from EE saying they couldn't take my payment and sent a link to some website. Turns out it was clearly a scam trying to get my bank info.

Totally a scam, they sent me a link trying to nab my bank info. Don’t be fooled by this kind of rubbish.

Watch out for the number 07942 051543, it’s pretending to be from EE claiming there’s an issue with your payment. They want you to visit https//ee-repayment-bill.web.app to update your payment info. This isn’t EE at all, it’s a scam trying to steal your bank details. I called EE myself and they said it’s a fraudulent call.

I was daft and clicked on the link without looking it up first. I didn’t put in any of my bank info, but I think I may have ended up getting a trojan on my device.
