I answered the call and just got the ringing sound, then it suddenly dropped, but it didn't show up as a scam.

When I picked up, the caller just stayed silent, like they were holding for me to speak first! * I said "hello" to answer * Then there was a click, which seemed to signal they were waiting to catch me saying something * A male voice finally said "hello" * I replied back with "hello" * After that, the line went straight to a busy tone Looks like this is how these scam calls are working these days - they seem to want you to say something so they can maybe use your voice somehow.
