On 11th April 2025 around 9:22am I got a robo call at my office landline. Firstly, they said something about amazon charging me over £100. Then they tried to connect me to a person - it was a guy who sounded Indian. I asked if they were sure this was the right number because my work phone has no links with amazon or my bank. After that, I just hung up since it was pretty clear it was a scam.

Someone rang me saying they were from my bank’s security team, but then I spotted some suspicious transactions on my account from Amazon and Zoom. It’s definitely a scam, so watch out!
