Got a call from a guy named Paul, sounded Indian and had a thick accent, claiming to be from BT. He told me my internet IP switched from private to public and I had to sort it out immediately. I told him I've been in IT security for over two decades and asked him how to fix it. He just hung up straight away. Definitely a scam, no real provider would call about your IP like that. Don’t fall for it.
