I saw this fraud on the BBC One show 'Scam Interceptors' and it's definitely worth a watch. You can find it on iPlayer. The tricks these scammers use are seriously clever and quite frightening. Meanwhile, if you get any dodgy calls, just text the number 7726 to report them.

Got a text from some number claiming to be Barclays, which isn’t even my bank, saying they spotted a dodgy payment request from BMW. Didn’t bother replying, just blocked the number straight away.
