This number is defo from a scammer. I first got it from a dating app, with instructions to chat on WhatsApp. The chat soon turned into some dodgy scheme about trading gold in Dubai and the UAE. They even sent me pics of gold bars, like it’s all legit. Now I’m just waiting for them to ask for money to help 'bring' the gold back through customs into the UK. Honestly, I wish there was a quick and easy way to check who owns these numbers through the network - shouldn't be that hard but it’s such a pain, especially with everything going on these days!
