I got a call on my landline from someone claiming to be from Bank Security. When I tried ringing them back, some stranger answered and had no clue why I was calling. Seems like this is a scam to me, maybe they’ve copied an EE mobile number from the person who picked up. Surely a proper bank would never use a random mobile number to talk about account security. Has anyone else had any calls from this number pretending to be Bank Security? Would like to know if I’m not the only one.
