I got hit with a couple of these dodgy texts recently. One said it was from Royal Mail, the other claimed to be DPD. Both said I owed £2.10 on some parcel and gave the same tracking number, 372837491. I checked with both Royal Mail and DPD and neither recognised the number. Looks like a total scam trying to trick you into handing over your card info and that 3 or 4 digit security code. Watch out, folks!

Got a dodgy text pretending to be Royal Mail about a parcel. It said something like: Your parcel (Tracking Number: 372837491) can’t be delivered because there’s an outstanding postage fee of £2.10. They asked me to click a link to pay up and sort out redelivery or else the parcel would get sent back. Obviously, didn’t touch the link - total scam! Be careful out there!

Got a text from Royal Mail saying there was an issue with a parcel delivery, but it was definitely a scam. Be careful, don’t click the links!
