When I told the caller we couldn't make out what he was saying, he just ended the call straight away.

There was a bit of hesitation before they picked up, which made me think straight away it was one of those call centre scams. The guy said his name was David and claimed to be from some vague telecoms firm. I told him I wasn’t interested and ended the call quickly. This is the fourth time I’ve had calls like this in a short space of time, but each time it’s from a different number, though I’m pretty sure it’s the same call centre behind it.

Got a call from this number earlier, they said something about call blocking but cut me off before really saying who they were or what company they work for. Felt a bit dodgy, can’t say I trust them much.
