The AI kinda got it wrong here. They didn’t pretend to be Amazon, actually they said there was a dodgy payment made *to* Amazon. They were acting like they were my bank.

I got a voicemail from someone saying they were from my bank, but never mentioned which one. They warned me about some dodgy activity, like a £199 charge on Amazon and a big foreign transfer. Then they told me to press 1 if it was legit or 2 if I wanted to talk to someone. Sounded really fishy to me.
