Some bloke with a really thick accent rang me, said he was from British Telecom but it was nearly impossible to catch what he was saying. He didn’t bother explaining anything properly before dropping the call. I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. I’ll ring BT using the official number to double-check if there’s any issue, but I’m not holding my breath. I’ve blocked the number and plan to report it to Action Fraud.
