I got a robo call claiming my account had been charged over £1000 for something to do with Amazon, and if I wanted to stop the payment I should press 1, or press 2 to talk to someone. I immediately suspected it was dodgy, so I hit 2 just to see what happened. An Indian lady answered and asked how she could help. I told her I knew it was a scam, and that I’d be reporting their number, which I have done. Just watch out, these calls can trick you into thinking it’s legit but it’s definitely not.
