I got a call from a person saying they were with Zurich, saying I might save money on my life insurance if I answered some questions. Then they put me on hold to speak with their “manager.” That’s when I just ended the call and blocked the number straight away.

Got a call from someone saying they were with Aviva insurance, trying to chat about my policy. They called me by a nickname I only use on the internet, not my real name, which instantly made me suspicious. I checked with Aviva afterwards, and they said they never get in touch like that or from a mobile number. The caller tried to push me into setting up a callback, hinting I could get some sort of policy upgrade to lure me in. Definitely a scam. I’ve blocked the number and reported it. Don’t fall for it, they’re just fishing for your info!
