Got a text from someone called Sarah, said she’d had a bit of an accident and broke her fibula. Said she was stuck in hospital and asked if I could do her a favour. She wanted me to text back once I’d seen the message. Sounds like a total scam to me.

I received a message from this number purporting to be from a friend of mine, saying they were in hospital and requesting a £20 top-up for T-Mobile. Complete scam! I've since blocked them!

I received a message from this number claiming to be 'Sarah.' She mentioned she’d been in some sort of mishap and requested that I give her a ring as soon as I saw the text. Quite odd, wouldn’t you say?
