Some bloke rang me up and started off by using my name, going on about how my windows were more than 10 years old and I needed to get them checked. I just told him to get lost and slammed the phone down. Wouldn’t bother with it, just hang up.

Got a phone call from this pushy woman claiming to be from a property company. She kept saying it wasn’t a sales pitch or anything, but that our windows were out of warranty now and they needed to come check things were alright. I kept telling her my husband might be at work, but she was insistent on setting an appointment for 10 o’clock the next morning. Seriously wouldn’t listen when I tried to say no.

Got a call from a really insistent woman who kept saying someone would come round to inspect our windows, locks, and seals, then give us a free report with no strings attached! Felt a bit suspicious though, so I didn’t bother accepting it.

Had a nice chat with a woman from Wales earlier about my house. Mentioned that my windows could do with a bit of fixing, and she quickly set up for a gent to pop over and have a look. Honestly, top-notch service from start to finish. Can’t help but think the last two people who commented didn’t really get it.

Got a ring from LD Property Solutions today. They actually started off with a "good afternoon" in Welsh and knew my name straight away. Pretty sure they got my details off Facebook or somewhere like that. They kept asking questions about my house, which felt a bit dodgy. I messed up by not replying in Welsh back. Ended up telling them it was an unwanted call and then I just hung up.
