I recently had an encounter with a rather overbearing and conceited chap who was shoving a £1000 home improvement deal from a firm named HS down my throat. Honestly, he's in dire need of some serious training on basic decency. It's baffling to think that such a character could represent a business-his attitude is likely to drive customers away rather than attract them. When I voiced my concerns, he diverted the blame onto me and made a snide remark, suggesting that I should check with my parents before answering the phone next time. Quite the joker, but utterly discourteous!

I encountered a rather overbearing and presumptuous gentleman who had the audacity to be quite derogatory. It's truly remarkable how some individuals could benefit from some serious coaching on basic human decency. I daresay, his attitudes could well spell doom for the business he represents. When I brought this to his attention, rather than reflecting on his conduct, he defiantly shifted the blame onto the customer and had the cheek to suggest that next time the phone rings, I should consult my parents before picking up! One could say he's quite the jokester, but I found him incredibly disrespectful.

I got a call from some bloke at HS about a £1000 deal, and honestly, he was super rude and proper full of himself. He kept pushing and was downright insulting. Told him off about his attitude, and he just brushed it off, blaming me instead! Then had the cheek to say next time I answer the phone I should check with my parents first. Absolutely baffling behaviour - honestly, if he carries on like that, no one’s gonna want to deal with his company. So disrespectful.

What a horrible bloke this guy is! He was proper intimidating and offensive, and then had the gall to accuse me of being rude. I’m telling you, he hung up on me in the rudest way possible. Seriously, steer well clear of this number if you value your peace!

I got called by this bloke who was so rude and kept accusing me of not being truthful about some doors and windows. He kept firing questions at me but wouldn't answer a single one back. At one point, he even asked if I was finding the chat enjoyable - honestly, I wasn’t. Then out of nowhere, he said he'd remove me from some “list” and just hung up straight away. What list was that even meant to be? How did I end up on it to start with? Still haven’t got a clue.

I had a really unpleasant experience with a guy from this company who rang me. He was quite horrible and told me I was being rude and interrupting him, which wasn’t the case at all. After I politely ended the call following his sales spiel, he actually rang me again and left a nasty voicemail that was really aggressive! Proper rude behaviour.

Some bloke rang up saying he was from a firm called HS and offered a grand off on double glazing. He claimed he was just following up on a call I had supposedly received the day before. I told him no one had called me, but he then started saying I was being suspicious and implying I thought he was lying. I asked for his full name to check with my husband if he'd spoken to anyone, but all he gave me was "John" and refused to spell his surname. He then said I was being rude, but honestly, I was just trying to get some proper info. That’s when I ended the call.

They had my details totally wrong and then went on to call me a liar. Proper rude, kept talking over me and was really pushy. Honestly, someone should do something about that behaviour!

For over a day, this bloke kept ringing me non-stop. I had no clue who it was, so I called back the missed calls. He was totally mental, kept shouting and calling me pet names like “love” and “darling,” but all the time accusing me of making things up and lying. He said I wouldn’t be told his name and refused to let me steer the convo. Then he threatened to check my number on some list of his and warned me to watch myself. When I hung up, I felt really shaken and upset. Someone seriously should put a stop to him or report him.

What a terrible bloke! He started off by moaning that the first person I spoke to took too long. Then he went on to shout at me, accusing me of not paying attention and wasting his time. I had to remind him it was his lot who cold-called me in the first place. Finished by telling him to "have a nice day", even though he clearly wasn't interested.

The whole experience was really unsettling and made me feel quite embarrassed. At one point, he said I should remember that silence can say more than words and accused me of being passive-aggressive! Honestly, something needs to be done about him, he’s a right nightmare!

I had a really unpleasant experience with a guy trying to sell a patio door. He kept pushing to send someone over for an estimate, even though I told him the door only needs a new seal. So I got a call today just an hour after turning down an offer for an upgrade. I told the guy straight up that I wasn’t going to go ahead with anything, but he kept on, sounding all smug and accusing me of being difficult. Pretty funny considering it was an unasked-for call in the first place. When I said I didn’t want to talk anymore, he started moaning and then just hung up on me. From what other people say, he really needs to rethink how he handles things. Watch out if you get called by him!
