Got a call claiming to be from O2 saying they want to send me a new SIM since mine's “outdated tech.” They didn't ask for any account details, no password checks, and no one-time codes or anything. Just said they’d confirm my address for delivery. Funny thing is, I actually used to work at O2, so I knew straight away it was dodgy. Gave them a ring back and reported it as fraud. Definitely a scam, watch out!
