I've been getting that same recorded call like 3 or 4 times every week, but from different phone numbers or sometimes it just shows up as unknown. I block each one, but then a new one appears after a couple of days. If you pick up and stay quiet, they just hang up on you. And if you don’t pick up, they’ll call back using a real number.
