For the last couple of weeks, I've been receiving calls from numbers that only differ by a digit or two. Usually, I just ignore them, but when this one called again, I answered out of curiosity. It was some call centre trying to reach someone else entirely. I told them they had the wrong person and asked to be taken off their call list. The guy then asked for my number, which felt odd. I just hung up and blocked it. I’m sure soon enough they’ll ring from another similar number though.
