Got a call from someone overseas about returning some insurance money, sounded dodgy to me. Pretty sure it’s one of those scams.

Got a call yesterday from someone claiming to be from a PPI claim company or something similar. They sounded like they were working out of a call centre. They started asking for my date of birth and other private info, saying they'd refund me about £2,000. It struck me as odd that a proper call centre would use a mobile phone number to ring people. I immediately ended the call. They tried calling once more today, but I just didn’t pick up. Be careful and don’t share your personal details with strangers like that.
